I had to fit it tonight. Dinner was late but it was good. Greek Spinich Veggie Burgers and sliced sweet potatoes baked;drizzled with olive oil. I think I did not wait long enough. I ran at a regular pace and I felt heavy. Whenever I eat a heavy dinner I should wait a little bit longer before I run. I’ve said this before however I never listen to myself.

Feeling much better than last night. I really do not know why I started coughing after the run. This workout is one of the harder ones with weights. It was not easy.

Last Sunday we celebrated our anniversary at a bed and breakfast inn. It was wonderful. Snacks, dinner and breakfast were tasty and enjoyed every bit of it. As soon as we arrived home I knew I had to workout and burn some of those “fun” calories. Abx is still tough. Did most of the moves at 25 reps except fifer sicissors. I think Tony purposely placed mason twists at the end. AARG!

Rain was imminent today . That did not stop my sister and I from running in the mountains. It was great and adventurous. Could not run the whole trail. Puddles of water, and muddy trails prevented us from running the trail. So we ran most of the way and walked the areas that were muddy. Overall, it was a lot fun running with my sister.

run this morning. Tired but eagar. Nice run on the trail this morning. There were not very many runners or walkers on the trail. Sometimes I like it that way, especially when the morning is clear and cool.
